New Certification for Network Access Control
Websense is
first and only vendor to achieve OESIS OK certification for data loss
prevention for its Websense Data Security Endpoint. OESIS is an open
development framework that provides an industry standard for endpoint
security application integration. This certification by OPSWAT ensures
that Websense Data Endpoint complies with all certified Network Access
Control (NAC) endpoints including Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, F5
Networks, H3C and SonicWALL. This certification reinforces the security
of critical information resources by ensuring that only users with data
loss prevention tools from Websense are able to connect to and access
corporate resources. Customers can rest assured that rogue or
employee-provisioned devices with insufficient security models cannot
gain access to critical data and become a vector for data loss.
