Am I OESIS OK? CLI

OPSWAT also offers Am I OESIS OK? as a CLI used to diagnose interoperability issues.

Sales and support engineers can use the utility to generate OESIS Diagnose logs.

The utility has command line options to run against our latest release, and to run against the release you have packaged with your client.

Additionally, you can run the GUI, select Scan Now, select a category of products, click "Diagnostic Info" and export a log using the Export Log button which will dump the diagnose log for our latest release.

You also have the option to "Report an Issue" which has a checkbox to save a copy of the log to disk. This issue will be reported to OPSWAT and will be entered into our support ticketing system.

  • The Am I OESIS OK? GUI utility helps end users identify product interoperability with major vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, HP, H3C, etc.
  • OPSWAT customers can also diagnose current issues with any OPSWAT OESIS Local builds using this utility.
  • Diagnostic information can be generated from this GUI utility and exported as log files.
  • Command line mode is supported to enable flexible trouble shooting on users’ local systems.

    Commands

     

    Currently, the Am I OESIS OK? utility supports the following command line:

    Usage:

    AmIOESISOK.exe [Option] "[Args]"

    Note: All arguments should be wrapped in double quotes "".

     

    Options: (Case-sensitive)

     

    1. Diagnose with built-in OESIS Local libraries:    -sp-d

     

    Args:     NONE

     

    Example:

    C:\AMIOESISOK.exe -sp-d

     

    Diagnose log will be saved to the same directory where AMIOESISOK.exe lives.

    2. Diagnose with external OESIS Local libraries (User specified path):    -sp-l

     

    Args:     Path to OESIS Local libraries

     

    Example:

    C:\AMIOESISOK.exe -sp-l “C:\OPSWAT build\vc8\release”

     

    If operation succeeded, diagnose log will be saved to the same directory where AMIOESISOK.exe lives.

    3. Command line helper:    -sp-h

     

    Args:     NONE

     

    Example:

    C:\AMIOESISOK.exe -sp-h

     

    Display command line help.
